SolutionMAX is an independent studio in Gran Alacant, Alicante, Spain. We work remotely with independent businesses and agencies, in Spain and internationally. This website and project enquiries are in English.
How much does a website cost?
Landing pages start at €799 and business websites at €2,499, including applicable VAT. The final quote depends on the pages, content and functionality. Hosting, third-party services and ongoing work are agreed separately. See our web design service and scope.
Will my website be ready for Google and AI search?
We include technical SEO foundations and structure important information so it is accessible to visitors and search crawlers. This includes page titles, headings, internal links, a sitemap and appropriate structured data. Ranking, indexing and inclusion in AI answers are not guaranteed. Ongoing content and SEO work are scoped separately.
Can you help with just a website?
Yes. Web design is a standalone service. You do not need Pharos or an automation project. We can create a landing page, build a business website or refresh an existing site. We agree the content, pages, revisions and total price before starting.
Can I install Pharos myself?
Yes. The Pharos core is free and open source. You can follow the installation guide and run it yourself. The setup fee pays for our installation, configuration, testing and handover. One Brand pack is included in the setup offer.
Do I need to move my websites?
No. We set up checks against your existing services. The status page should run separately from the infrastructure it monitors. We confirm compatible hosting and its cost before starting. External probe locations are not currently part of the Pharos product.
Does this include fixing a website that goes down?
The service covers your Pharos installation, service checks and alerts. Your team or hosting provider remains responsible for repairing the monitored websites and servers. We can discuss a separate project if you need help with a specific issue.
Is someone available to respond to incidents 24/7?
The configured checks run automatically while the installation and scheduler are available. Human support is provided during the working hours agreed in your service order. This offer does not include a round-the-clock response service or an uptime SLA.
What happens if I stop monthly care?
Cancel by email before the next renewal. Care continues until the end of the paid period. We arrange the handover of access, data and paid-for deliverables. Hosting and other third-party subscriptions remain subject to their own arrangements. See the cancellation terms.
How do payment and the delivery guarantee work?
We agree the scope, price, schedule and acceptance criteria in writing. Unless the offer says otherwise, payment is 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. We fix non-conforming delivery without extra charge. If we cannot deliver the agreed result, you do not pay for that failed scope and we return the corresponding deposit. Consumer rights remain unaffected. See the full terms.
